Midnight Sun

Today is summer solstice, so happy day to all! Some people really make a big fuss about it, I guess it is pretty cool here where the sun sets so late and rises; Today is also Aboriginal Day in NWT. I didn't make it to the festivities because I had to be at work all day, but I hear it is pretty fun, a fish fry and dancing and singing...then on Friday it is Raven Mad Day, which is held on the Friday closest to Solstice. Shops are open late, there are big sales and people are out on the street pretty late. Maybe I will go, I will see what my aunt is doing. More pics to come...
